OLIO DEL PETRICCIO

Even for this product Paolo is guided by a centuries-old tradition. Ancient documents prove the presence of olive trees at Il Petriccio since the fifteenth century and this cultivation has continued over the years until today.

Olio del Petriccio comes from strictly native cultivars such as Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino and is remarkable for its bright green-gold colour, intense aroma with fruity hints of green apple, with herbaceous notes and a fine flavour, delicately spicy and fresh.
