On the nose, it boasts the fragrance of white flowers and fresh fruit with hints of apple and pear. On the palate, it has good balance, with a lively freshness and a long finish.
Ideal with first and second courses with fish, shellfish, chicken and veal. Excellent as an aperitif. Perfect on the Tuscan Ribollita.
