Upon request, we organize wine tasting in the “Tinaia”, the farm’s old wine cellar. Here you can learn about the wine making process and taste our white and red wines and the “Vin Santo”, the typical Tuscan dessert wine, aged for five years in oak kegs.
Products: Following the family tradition, all our wines are produced with all the care and genuineness of ancient methods.
Trebbiano White wine: from selected Trebbiano grapes, this wine, to be served chilled, is ideal during summer with all dishes, especially with Tuscan recipes.
Sangiovese Red wine: from a particular blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes, this wine is aged for several months in barriques. It is ideal to be served at room temperature and goes very well with meat dishes.
Vinsanto: from selected Malvasia, San Colombano and Trebbiano grapes and after 3 months of dry aging, this dessert wine is stored for 5 years in oak kegs. It is ideal to be served at room temperature at the end of any meal.
Vinegar: produced from our white wine and aged for three years, it is ideal on all salads and vegetables.
Olive Oil: from a particular blend of “Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino” olives, this olive oil is produced following the traditional “cold pressing” method, to better maintain the original fragrance of the olives.
