Prices includes: electricity, water, gas for cooking, wood for fireplace (Iris and Giglio), weekly change of towels and linen, parking and pool (from 20th of May to end of September). Heating is an extra.
High season is July and August, Easter week, Christmas and new year week, mid season is June and September, low season the rest of the year.
All apartments can be equipped with one extra bed at 70 € per week.
To reserve: Deposit 30% by bank, postal order or travel cheque, balance payable on arrival.
Security deposit payable on arrival of 150 €.
Cancellation policy:
For cancellations from 51 to 31 days from arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price
For cancellations from 30 to 11 days from arrival we apply a penalty of 70% of the total price
For cancellations from 10 to 0 days from arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price
